other testimonies.

Associations would wish to know testimonies of people
who could receive graces by the devotion to Our Lady of Arnaud-Guilhem. The
manuscript consigns miraculous facts ; favours were obtained thereafter.
Associations are in bond
with the Toulouse Archbishopric notably through priests of Toulouse and Auch archdioceses
who concelebrated the recent masses of the annual pilgrimage on the site. The
present statement, Internet or its brochure format, its updates, were regularly
subjected to them. The Archbishopric of Auch depends on that of Toulouse since November 2002 the 8th. We refer to the following link

Félicie was cautiously saying in 1878 : " I do not know what Pius IX as
thought of these communications : what I know it is that the General
Mother (one of nuns sent by Félicie) was very welcomed by His Holiness and that
she accepted from the holly Father the promise that the Archbishop of Toulouse
would be invited to let build a Chapel to the Blessed Virgin at the wood of the
apparition. The Pope said to the Mother : If you are authorized to build a
Chapel at Arnaud-Guilhem don’t be persuaded that by this permission the Holy
Seat sounds like declaring that the apparitions of which you are speaking to me
are really divine and that we approve all that they contain. That would take
time, long studies. We will see later on if it is necessary to be to take care
of it. But there is no inconvenience for you to build a Chapel where you will want and that one’s come to
pray the Blessed Virgin. It is very sure that the Pope has spoken in this
direction... the Archbishop of Toulouse not more than the Sovereign pontiff is
obliged to currently come to a conclusion about the divinity of the
apparitions. It thus seems to me that he could treat us as he treats any person
who wants to make build an oratory, an unspecified chapel... to draw from his
purse and to call for the workers. The Good Lord does not ask him that ;
what He requires from him is only not to be opposed to others raising in the
wood of the apparitions at Arnaud-Guilhem a Chapel of devotion dedicated to Our
Lady of Pains, here is the truth... By supposing that the commission named by
the ordinary one must approve the truth of the apparitions before the worship
is authorized, it seems to me that that does not mean that this approval must
precede the first beginnings of the construction of the sanctuary. However Good
God promised to give signs of his might and his kindness as soon as the
foundations of the building will have been thrown. "

It coexists other more affirmative versions from
another sister sent to the Holy Father :
" Pius IX had approved the communications of Our Lord, to Sister
of the Good Shepherd... he had said to examine the Work and to make build the Chapel
asked for by Mary for the Salvation of the World "
